I have lived here for 9 months and am on a 14th month lease. I WILL sign another one! LOVE this place. The management is perhaps the BEST I have EVER encountered! The grounds are ALWAYS clean... they provide dog-poop bags in many locations. They allow BIG dogs (which is rare). Although I don't have children, I see where they have activities for kids around Mother's Day and Father's Day so that kids can make presents for their parents! They have Redident Appreciation Day every Wednesday... provide free pizza. On Wednesday mornings, they have a table set up near the entrance/exit of the complex where they give away coffee and pastries! They also have a Sunday morning brunch! The apartments are so classy on the inside. If something is broken, they fix it immediately. The mantainence people are outstanding and friendly. The pool and spa are wonderful. Parking is never a problem. Beautiful place! Again, the management is awesome! Fairfield Properties should present this property as "model" property. They people clearly know how to run a complex! I dig you guys!
