Let me just begin to say that this is the most awesome place to live. The management always takes care of issues immediately, maintenence gets the problem taken care of in under 24 hours, and the grounds are always immaculate. If you have to make a choice of where to live in this area you should really consider The Aventine. The office staff are always here to help you and the leasing agents are super nice. The Assistant manager is very prompt about taking care of important things, but also is very open to always say hello. I am very impressed with this property, Anyone looking to live in aliso viejo in an apartment should move here. I mean what a concept for the management caring about their residents and taking care of them and spoiling them.

OBVIOUSLY THIS IS SOMEONE WHO WORKS HERE, THIS IS SUCH A LOAD OF CRAP! ALL LIES, THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND NOBODY RETURNS PHONE CALLS, ESPECIALLY VIOLET!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS!
