Super Noisy and Dog Crap everywhere

This is a very strange place. It looks great from the outside and the apartments are spacious but it goes down hill fast from there. Since has been some criminal activity documented in the newspaper fewer people want to live here. Management seemingly will rent to anyone who wants to come in here. There are dogs in the "non pet" buildings who bark all day and an unusually large number of hardcore noisy people having loud parties all night, yelling and screaming in the parking lots quite a bit and dog crap often on the walks and the parking lots that never gets cleaned up unless the office is called even though maintenace people are everywhere. I realize this is an apartment and there's always noise and crazy people to deal with at any place but this is extremely bad.What makes it so strange is that it's in a very nice area and could be nice if they were'nt so worried about 100% occupancy.
