I have lived in the Aventine for over 2 years. I have never had a problem with the maintenance crew. I've not had any problems with plumbing, roof, etc. My experience is....you make a request...it gets resolved the next day. The staff is great!
They set up little activities for the kids for Halloween & Christmas.
The only complaint is young people who still like to party. They stay up & hang out on their porch with their buddies. If you don't have a real job and you are in your 20's MOVE TO NEWPORT!!!
The majority of people are professional singles, young couples, and young family with kids. I would like to keep it that way!
I like the Community of Aliso Viejo because of the family atmosphere! I'm planning on buying a home in the near future!
