I am currently living here.

The service is wonderful. Whenever I have a problem, they go out of their way to help me.

One example was when my washing machine wasn't working, they came right away and offered a brand new washer without even asking me.

Some of the staff went out of their way and help me with my car!!!!!

Talk about a caring staff!

I have a dog in my apartment, and when I need to schedule service, they ask me down to the hour when it would be convenient for me not them!!!

I never have a problem with the office staff. They are like family to me. When I come in they ask me how I am, they even ask how my dog is doing with her bad hips.

Rick, Violet Charlene and Martha are wonderful to deal with, Ryan too!!!

Alfredo (one of the maintenance crew)always comes to my place on time for service and leaves detailed notes on what he did. It is always fixed properly and prompty the first time.

Rick should be commended on how professional his staff is. Unfortunately, I don't know all their names, but on more than one occasion they have come to help me, when they didn't need to.

It's always a pleasure to walk into the office and ask for something. My daughter gets excited to go with me. She always is treated like royalty. They give her treats and compliment her.

Violet should be complimented as well for the outstanding service her staff provides.

Barbara, the activities coordinator. Is amazing at her job. My family looks forward to the Sunday brunches and taco nights she hosts.

She plans special events all the holidays. She bakes deserts and insists on people taking food home. There's even free popcorn and DVD rentals!!!!! I haven't been living here during the summer, but I heard the pool party is fun. Last year I wasn't living here yet and they invited my family and I to attend.

I don't know about you, but I am used to living in a private home and thought moving to a rental would be a difficult transistion. But living here, makes me feel like I am living in a resort.

Excellent job Aventine Staff!!!!

I can't wait to go home tonight!

Wow. What section of the community are you living in....certainly not nightmare street. I'm happy to hear that someone is satisfied with something. This is almost too good to be true. Are you trying to avoid a rent incrase? Just kidding...What kind of problems have you had? There are positive and negative things about every apartment. Is it noisy like the others say? What are the pros and cons?
