They deliver on no promises. The women at the front act on impulse and answer only to themselves, they are rude, untrustworthy, liars. They will be very nice to you until you sign the lease then they treat you like a prisoner who should be honored to speak with them. They left appliance requests broken for months, they entered my apartment without notice and claimed the notice must've blown off the door. They do whatever they want, if you value your rights you will not rent here.
i was lied to, cheated, and now very stressed because of the mistake of renting here.

Lol. Dear Prisoner - I thought the nighmare was on Chase...all joking aside - Can someone tell me what they lie about? What did they do that was rude? Wow for months??? How did your appliance break what appliance was it? What did they have to go into your apartment for? Was it regarding your own request for service on the appliances? At my old place management entered once a year because they said they had to check smoke detectors etc they would put a notice on the door and notices all of the bulleting boards etc. I'm wondering why they would just decide to go into your apartment without notice. Maybe they are telling the truth - I've has UPS stickers etc ripped off my door by kids. Inquiring minds want to know.
