For the price of a 1 bedroom in the area this is a good deal. To us the staff has been decent and the maintenance team is more than handy to repair items in a couple of days.

Cons - Constant gardeners, a lot of motorcycle riders now living here so you can hear them start their engines early in the morning, even on weekends that will wake you up. There are a lot of kids, so prepare to see them all over the pool area and watch out for them around the parking lot. If you end up in the apartments next to Pacific Park St. prepare to hear noise a lot. Sometimes there are rude neighbors who have music playing loudly at 2 a.m. but in our experience the walls have kept nice down pretty well. Appliances are pretty old.

With the price of gas, there seems to be more and more motorcycles on the road period! They are noisy, but I think that's everywhere. I AGREE Wouldn't it be nice to have an adults only pool? I'm sick and tired of parents with screaming kids...oh well I guess we all voted for the fairhousing laws that prohibit that now. A quiet pool would be nice. Every where I go the beach ...lunch ...the pool...screaming kids all over OC! Forget about a quiet day reading the newpaper by the pool. Those days are over. I agree all apartments are usually in high visibilty area and built on less desirable land. Are there any apartments in Aliso Viejo that aren't on busy streets? I think you'd have to move into a private home...ugh the rent is so much more. So, how old are your appliances? It says the building was built in 1996. When I saw the model they were not all new stainless steel, but they were all white and the fridge had an ice maker. What does your apartment have?
