After renting for a year and taking care of the rental, vacuming and cleaning as usual; these rip offs charged me 3 thousand dollars to put in new carpets and paint. Apt ---- FYI. And this is after I paid top dolar for this rental! It didn't need new carpets at all. I was even told they were going to clean it anyway. They are liars and rip offs and cheats and now i can't even buy my dughter a birthday gift and my credit will probably be runined.

Haha. I was shown this unit on Saturday, October 3rd. The carpet didn't look brand new to me...

Are you klidding! It better had - I apid for it! I can't tell you how much I hate these people for ripping me off. My wife lost her job and each penny counts. I've been barely making it by by being careful, so careful and then these idiots rip off my very hard earned and important money like it was nothing. Ok, I'll calm down now and THANKS for telling me this! Very interesting.
