I am in a two bedroom that is a pretty nice size for the rent in the surrounding areas. The maintenance guys keep the outside looking great. They do start a little early sometimes though. Nice amenities in the pool and the workout facility. I do agree with some of the reviews that their practice to be constantly raising rents is annoying. If they do it to me again, I am moving out. I also agree that pretty much all of the service people are nice except one. They need to make more visitor parking spots also.

How much was the rent increase? Did you check on what a comparable apartment costs in the area? How much more was it?
