Parking use to be a huge problem - so the management started a new parking policy but went overboard - basically you get one parking pass and that s it. If you have a guest and they stay after 11pm then they are at risk of being towed... doesn't sound to bad - but wait KEEP READING... the tow truck comes every night at 11pm sharp so you better watch the time or you'll be running after the tow truck... or paying a huge fee to get it back
there are guest spots available but who ever came up with how they were disbursed was an idiot they are grouped in a few random places in the complex mostly by the gate so if you live near the back your guest need to walk forever to get to your apartment and the worst part is that is SO over done now if you drive around the complex at 11pm-12am there are tons of parking spots open while all the interior guest spots are taken its 1/4 of a mile from the gate to the back corner of the property now that s a walk . and also Windsong (the street the complex is on) is now PACKED with cars all the way up to the entrances making it very dangerous to try and pull out .
So why not add more guest spots' Well because the management feels there are enough but they are all at the gate someone needs to wake up and realize what is best for the tenants! AND ADD MORE GUEST SPOTS!

I agree. I have a friend who lives there and when our family wants to stay the night at their apartment, we have to haulk all our stuff from the front gate all the way to the back of the complex. It's absurd!!! Something ought to be done about the horrible parking situation. I hate it!!

...Or how about restripping the parking lot for small motorcycle spots, compact cars etc allow for more spots. or Assigning all spots to the residents and letting the residents sort out where their guest park...or better yet valet parking so no one has to walk and it doesn't matter who's blocking who in. The valet moves the car. Just some suggesstions from little old me. It seems like resident take up all the guest spots anyway or "perma-guests".
