"Speaking of the Canyon Point condo conversions in aliso. Here's something scary. The 1/1 834SF condos are not really that. If you use the legal description of livable space, they actual SF is 712SF (probably a little less). The 1037 SF are really 834SF. Don't believe me' Go take your measuring tape out there. False advertising, eh'"
