Do you get what you pay for' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived here 3 years and now the real problems have started. First they are raising my rent $100 on the first and only gave me 7 days to find a new place. Second the new mngt staff sucks. Very abrasive and rude. The property manager was in no way professional when i attempted to speak with her about the rent increase. Most recently i have issues with the security here. (1) guard between 8pm to 5am for this large community. my vehicle was stolen from my space in broad daylight. I made a report with the police but why have a gate if anyone can get past. Where is the gate cam' I don't feel safe.
