City Lights Apartments

I wish my contract would end sooner! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   besides some nice floorplans, everything else sucks! the amount of noise is unbearable, I think it is above the standard 55 dB, yes well over that..if you want to hear the alarms going off at 3:00 Am or you want to hear the loud noise and disturbance from all sources that you can imagine blowers, trash transportation, garage cleaners, cars, loud musics of some young college folks..... all day long move to this place.
