We have lived in this apartment for most 2 years. The management office seems to be full of people who never pay attention to tenants' request. Misplacement or work order, delay of work order, rudeness, arguing with tenants are common problems here. The only reason why we still live here is that we have to much odds and ends and we hate moving. Also, we are considering buying a property soon. Hopefully we do not need to put up with all the annoying problems any more.

By the way, the architecture design is terrible for large furniture. The apartment was built for inconvenience. We had to take the doors off our refrigerator, which is only 220 c.f., to get it through the stairway.
