I just finished reading a review of this place by former tenants. I felt validated for the first time (i.e., when I read about the 'incompentent office staff' who 'argue with tenants'). I've been here a very short time and am looking to get out. Office staff are rude, condescending, argumentative, belligerent, and determined to be "right" at the expense of losing tenants -- all of this is, of course, ONLY after you've signed a lease and paid your rent. I'm disappointed, frusrated and upset I made the mistake of renting from these people. What an EXPENSIVE mistake. It's beautiful on the surface, even has an electronic gate...once you get beyond the false charm however, you're in for a big surprise! Unprofessionalism at its worst -- Radinka, Karen, Shaye.
