We had planned on renting an apartment from Innsbruck, we had look at a floorplan and were told that it would be available June 7th. We went home and went back the following weekend only to find that the same person that we had spoke to had no idea what we were talking about. They said they had no openings in June and that the price was $60 more than what they quoted us. The same person that showed the apartment to us acted like they had never seen us before. The other person in the office was VERY rude, immature, and unprofessional. Both people of the management staff were clueless of how to run this office. We are glad that we did not sign a lease and have to deal with people like this for an entire 12 month lease. I don't see how people this unprofessional can run a property.
