Innsbrouck Apartments

Very Nice Place! From: Avagard2@cox.net Date posted: 4/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004 1 response   We have lived here for five and a half years and our experience has been 100% positive! I am surprised to see complaints about the maintenance staff or office staff as they've always been very helpful and responsive! We are going to move, as have many of our neighbors due to the very expensive rent. Unfortunately with houses in Orange County going for a median price of $575,000 (LA Times, March, 2004) the apartment prices in South County, and upscale part of the county are very expensive now. Innsbruck is average at $1,600 per month for a two bedroom. If you can afford it, you really should consider these lovely, well maintained, luxury apartments!
