pros and cons From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   i lived in the innsbruck apts. in 2002... for about 8 months or so..the only reason i moved was because i needed a 2 bedroom and didnt like their floorplans.. but i was in a 1 bedroom in building 30 on the 2nd floor. anyways.. lets see.. there was some good and bad things about this place.. i never once had a maintenence request so i really dont know how well they respond.. but its good because the whole time i was there nothing broke. i only had one car, and a garage so parking for me was always ok but my guests sometimes had some trouble at night. and its kind of a scattered routed complex so guests got lost pretty often. one time my next door neighbor beat the crap out of his girlfriend on the patio which scared the ---- out of me. i didnt sleep alone for a week after that. its a gated complex but usually in the daytime the gates stay open which is odd its kind of pointless. id prefer there to be no gates at all. plus you can always just follow someone in because its a fairly high traffic complex. the pools were always nice clean areas, didnt use the fitness center, the staff seemed like robots. i never talked to them once until it came about breaking my lease. HERE IS THE GOOD PART::::::: This complex so FAR is the ONLY place i have found that gives you a CHOICE when breaking your lease... this is how this worked... they gave me the option of either paying a flat lease break fee of 1245 plus 1 month rent, OR i can continue paying until the apartment gets rented. if i decide to continue paying, and the apartment does not get rented, my fee will never go over the original lease break fee amount of 1245! i chose that option and ended up only paying 40 bucks to get out of there!!!!! this is the best policy ever! this outweighed all the other little tiny things that youll face in ANY apartment complex. i would reccomend this place it never gave me any REAL problems . and they didnt steal my money.
