Everything can be heard, from neighbors walking up or down stairs, water running, cabinets and doors closing - not to mention raised voices, dogs barking, children screaming. When we've requested/complained about dirty common areas, we have been told for the last year their are short staffed and don't have enough people to keep the property clean. New complex - Aliso Lights is much more appealing for similar money.
