IF you want peace & quiet....



Depending on the building, you may have large familes and a LOT of noise. Ask to visit in early evening and walk/drive around during the day a couple of times.



Lots? of singles, and usually nice neighbors.



Parking for 2nd vehicle is scarce.



Lot's of ants & bugs.
