The management has implemented a new parking program that leaves many open spaces but forces residents to park on the street. Overpriced and dog-doo on the sidewalks regularly. Not worth the trouble of dealing with a management team that is so flippant about residents comfort and happiness.

I second your opinion! Absolutely horrible policies for parking. An absolute abundance of open parking, and the management refuses to offer an additional resident pass even when tenant asks to PAY MONEY for one! New management is a must! I will be starting a petition soon!
