Great Floor plans with attached garage

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
I lived in three different floor plans at St. Moritz. The My favorite by far is the 3 bedroom townhome. All the bedrooms are HUGE and have great closet space. There are 2.5 bathrooms and lost of storage with the attached garage. The exterior is clean, but not at green as I would have liked. The parking is ok, but it depends on where you are located. The fitness center is really nice with racquet ball courts and free weights. When I lived there you could use all 3 properties centers and pools. Pretty cool.
