Large rooms, nice floorplans, but you pay for the space. Insulation is nonexistant, therefore noise and summer heat are a problem. Only 2 parking permits for a 3 bedroom apartment, a 3rd tacks on another $35 per month. Guest parking is hard to get, especially late at night, and calling in for a pass is a crapshoot. If guest pass is not obtained, guests must park on the street, which results in quite a walk. Maintenance is subpar, almost every request has had to be followed up on more than once. Previous tenants had drestoyed the place, but repeated calls to the office were met with half-hearted response.
