I live in the three bedroom townhome. You will never see a neighbor, very private floorplans. Compared to everything in the Aliso Viejo area, you will definitely get the most for the rent you pay. Fitness Center is the best. Pools are clean and beautiful. Office staff very helpful and always nice. Bedrooms are HUGE!!!

gee, wonder why this "person" is anonymous-maybe they work for the St. Moritz apartments. this place is not great-stay away!

I wonder if management realize how totally obvious it is when they comment on these apts. What a joke. I was planning on getting a 3 bdrm here but with all the "real" management reviews, combined with the few "mangement given" reviews, I would NEVER move here...sounds like a TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Another BOGUS review to keep ratings up ... more of us REAL renters should start making fake e-mail accoutns and registering ACTUAL reviews to balance these out!
Look at all the "5.0" rated reviews ... they all address exactly the same issues: "best place ever but moving out, best managament, best maintenace, no parking problems" . Just read these and think the opposite and you will get the truth.
