Overall we're really happy, we love the apt layout, the full size w/d hookups, the attached garage and large patio. We live next to a very nice family who have their kids under control and are raising them right - i.e, to respect others. Unfortunately there are several families here that allow their kids to run the parking lots at night, leave their bikes laying out in the street and on the sidewalks and tear up the landscaping - and I mean tear, I watched a neighbor's kid tear apart some bushes alongside our patio until I stepped out and told him to beat it. If management would get on top of the out of control kid situation and figure out a way to get more parking spaces for 2nd cars this place would be perfect. Also have problems with trash areas being dirty, but staff seem to clean it up pretty quickly, more a reflection of some lame tenant(s) rather than the norm.
