The apartments here are quite nice and very spacious. Neighbors seem to be friendly, even quiting down when you need them, too. For the most part, it is peaceful. (If you move here, stay away from the drive thoroughfares to keep it quiet.)

The parking, well is a peace of work made up by the "Relations Manager". Anytime you want a guest to come over, they must part in one of the *few* guest parking areas. (You'll notice there are *always* free tenant spaces - more than needed, but hardly ever visitor spots.) Of course, if you friend or relative plans to stay over, you HAVE to go to the leasing office to pick up a parking permit good for a maximum of two nights. Sometimes, that means staying up til midnight with your relatives/friends, as you wait for someone to get towed, or until someone leaves the visitor spots. Going to the leasing office to get a permit is a bit of a pain, but it is far worse when you are sick, injured, in the middle of something, or simply in your pajamas - and relations manager could care less.

I have found maintenance is okay. They tend to resond in a timely manner and get the job done. They don't pick up after their messes though.

Also, beware that you WILL get ants. This place only sprays when tenants ask. They don't every proactively spray the outside of an entire building - not even if you ask. I was warned from a neighbor not to get on the relations managers "bad side" when I went to the office to complain.

For as much as I pay, you'd think it would be nice to have a relations manager that actually cares and will do something other than to tell you to live with it. Aside from her, the security staff and leasing staff are good.
