I've seen this apartment complex slide a bit since moving here in April 1999. Trash used to be picket up daily outside your door, the kids weren't nearly as abnoxious, and most importantly the neighbors were a lot more courteous back then. However, my townhome is so spacious and wonderful that I really don't want to move.

Outside noise is a problem, as the windows are pretty thin and don't provide much insulation. Currently I have the neighbors that like to party every night on their patio, which keeps me up all hours of the night. Management is nice and says they are going to take care of the problem, but I'm still waiting. (It's been two months.)

One other piece of advice for non-smokers moving to St. Moritz...make sure your next door neighbor does not smoke, or you'll never be able to open your windows again because the smoke drifts right in.

Bottom line: I love the complex, but wish management would crack down on rule violators a bit more.
