Short stay - but liked it

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We moved in on December 31st, 2005 and moved out April 20, 2006. We would've stayed longer, but I had to relocate to Ohio for a job. We were in a tri-level two bedroom.
Basically, we really liked it. The layouts of the apartments are really nice to live in (kind of pain to move in and out of, since the stairwells are so narrow - our couch had to come in and go out over the balcony). The workout area is really nice! And the area in general is very convenient. Everything you need is minutes away!
We never had any parking issues. They clearly explained the rules to us before we moved in, which really aren't that hard to grasp, and we never had a problem.
We didn't really have an ant problem, but we were there in the winter, so that might have been why. I saw a couple ants in the downstairs bathroom once, but we bought a product called "Hot Shot," and never saw one again.
I never had any problems with mgmt. either. They were really nice. When we moved in, we dealt with Leslie, who is really sweet, and as we were trying to coordinate moving out and breaking our lease, etc...we dealt with Andrea, who is also really nice.
In general, I recommend this complex. Although we were there a short time, we can tell it's a pretty nice place to live.
