Horrible place. Nothing works. Management is trying to create as many problems for you as they can.
They even try to control how long your guests can stay etc.
Overpriced. The only nice feature is the drive-in with cypress trees.
It ends there though...

We have tons of parking in front of our apartment... maybe the other side is just more crowded

Parking does suck and the worst thing is there is a lot of parking available but to use it you need a pass after 12am. If you don't get a pass or you have a number of guests over you can only have one pass... If you forget to get the pass or loose track of time your car gets towed and its 220 at a minimum to get it back. What a racket. Management does suck big time. And they don't give a ---T! Very difficult to deal with even on a marginal basis. Been there for 4 years and will have to stay because of highschool student.

I am so glad I found this website and read all these reviews, as I had come very close to selecting this complex as my new home!! We were looking at the 3 bedroom floorplan. Thanks to all the honest reviewers...it's certainly obvious when a member of management decides to input there bogus review in order to up the complex's overall recommend percentage! What a complete joke!!

Yeah, our parking isn't that bad either but I agree with the management thing - ugh. They're nice but they're useless.
