This place is an absolute nightmare. Shaye Anders is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Beware if you have a valid noise complaint you will be called over sensitive.

If you are looking for a nice place dont stop here. This has to be an undercover section 8 community. Better words "slum of Aliso Viejo"

Beware of the safety of you car considering the gate is never closed and they certain people managment has approved moving in here lately.

After two weeks I moved into a different unit because the management is scared or lazy to confront inconsidered after hours residents. They charged me $277 to clean the apartment I had only been in for exactly two weeks.

So trying to get to corporate is even worse they are as dumb as every person in the leasing office. Please understand I am putting this opinion on this site to help those who are considering.

by the way it's been two weeks since I have requested maintenance and I have had three gas leaks from the faulty stove. The gas man said he has been this community many many occasions with the same problem.
