Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Buyer beware... When you decide to move out, you will be charged a whole host of unwarranted charges, totally a minimum of $400.

I was told by the location manager, KR, that no matter how well I clean the apartment and the carpet I would still be charged.
