I lived at St. Moritz Apartments for 5 years, first in a one bedroom and then in a 2 bedroom. The floorplans were very spacious and had huge closets. I never had a problem finding parking and the grounds were kept up very nicely.

The people in the management office are very friendly and I never had a problem getting repairs done in my apartment. It came time for me to buy a house, and I was very sad to leave St. Moritz.

The property looks new and the pool and fitness center are top notch!!! I would definitely recommend St. Moritz to my friends!

Laughable, Appearantly not a real tenant ... Whilst the grounds are great and the floor plans are nice the rest of the comments are over embellished rubbish. By managements own addmission parking is such an issue that they MUST enact very strict towing rules or else there would be no parking. Ask a neighbor and/or even staff memebers and they will happily admit they have had their car towed too. How is this a good thing at $250-300 / tow? Repairs are well, how can i say this ... a joke? Some issues marked as URGENT can go through multiple phone messages(no way to document) and even internet notification (at least you get a confirmation e-mail) and never be responded to over a 14 day period. My water heater was condemed by maintenance as needing replacemnt after a routine sweep several months ago and there has been no effort to replace it. When calling in another issue, maintenance had said that simply it was not in the budget at this time and pending approval. Recently, the fitness center was actually DOWNSIZED and equipment removed. I must say it was impressive before this year but nearly 40% of the weight machines have been removed in the past month and the rest have been rearranged is such a fashion that makes them hard to use and lines form. Its funny how such resposnes show up and all seem to contradict the reality of living here and most seem to come at a time when i see more and more tenants leaving. Sadly enough, as much as my problems have been related to maintenance, the people in maintenace seem to keep their word and do what they can when authorized ... that is the key word here ... authorized. It is management that makes these issues become problems not the people they have working for them ... those people tend to be the "good" ones that i can see. Look for the language here ... other "Loved it" posts ....

If people who love the complex...work for the complex, then people who complain about "tow policy" must be those jerks who park 5-6 cars plus a camper, and make us residents walk a half-mile to our apartments. OH...it's all real clear now. Thanks anonymous responder....wherever you are for making it oh so clear!
