Lived here for 2 years, apt was spacious w/large closets. HOWEVER, maintenance takes up to a week to respond to requests. Management charged a slew of cleaning fees that was never disclosed, even when we spent an entire day cleaning. Was told by the maint. supervisor that no matter how clean we got it, they would still charge! Complex is full of children who are extremely noisy on evenings and weekends. Grounds are not very well maintained. Lights were constantly out, not replaced. Walked from garage to apt in the dark, with shrubbery overgrown into walkways. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place unless you want to live in an, unmaintained complex, with management who do not care about you only to charge you more money, and a noisy place full of kids on skateboards.

Well, you really can't avoid families living next to college students. Families complain about partying while college students complain about crying kids...what can you do? My suggestion...rent a house or a condo! Shared walls sucks all around! Especially this place...management says William Lyon built this place. If you ever buy a place, avoid this builder! Thinnest walls in town! Cleaning charges were a bit excessive...I totally agree. They charged more to clean my 1 bedroom here than our 2 bedroom at Barcelona....crazy! I totally agree....St. Moritz has definitely gone downhill, and is one of the worst in Aliso Viejo!

It's definately gone downhill and it's due to management. A new manager took over and all the problems that were here just got worse. Sad to say that this is not what it first appears.
