The apartments are really spacious and comfortable and it is so conveneintly located. The leasing process was a breeze. We think we got an excellent deal!
Even though there were a couple of serious maintenece issues, staff was helpful and all repairs were taken care of by the management in a timely manner.
The thing that impressed us the most was their prompt handling of the refund of deposit after we moved out. Unlike many communities, their inspection and charges were very reasonable and we received a refund check within 25 days after move out!!!
Overall it was a very nice experience living at St Moritz and we would, without a doubt, recommend it!
