I used to live at St moritz and i know ---- the property manager on a more personal level.She is the most dishonest, lazy, and fake person i have ever meet in my like! I lived there for only 4 months and they not only keeped all 500.00 of my deposit but an additional 250.00... we have no kids in the three story townhouse so one room was never even used. we left it in better condition than we got it. I hope ---- ------ get fired along with her two sidekicks,,,----------------------....the are clones of ----!

This place is one of "those places" where documentation is truly your ally. When moving in, make sure to document the heck out of all the imperfections at this place. Your job is to make this place look like a "crack house" once you are through the checklist. NO apartment is perfect when moving in, so leaving the apartment with a blank checklist tells them they are more perfect than they are, and you will greatly regret this in the end...in the end of your checking account. Document, document, document....don't let these apartments get away with robbery!!!

It's all so true. Every word of both of these reviews is true and I hope it saves many people a ton of trouble.
