I know one of the previous staff members and they've told me that the managers write most of the good reviews on here. I've lived here for 6 months now and have had nothing but problems. Office staff changes weekly due to management and the carpet is terrible! The apartments are HUGE but you pay the price. Complex is compact and NOISY! The area (Aliso Viejo) is beautiful but this complex has three bedrooms that house many young people that like to PARTY! Parking is good but if you forget your pass, your car WILL BE GONE! No warnings here. They must have kick-backs from the towing company. Maintenance is good but you will need them ALL the time. I'm talking weekly you will be calling in work orders! Garage doors are old and squeeky so you will know when your neighbors are leaving. Trust me on this, there are MUCH better choices.
