From: valen042@csusm.edu Date posted: 10/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   if parking is an issue you have been warned. if you have guest forget about parking in visitor parking. you got about 20 minorities kiving in a two bedroom and they take up most of the parking. you will have to watch out for speeding cars driving down the hill(speded limit is 50mph)when you cross the street. make sure that you have a walk through when you move out b/c they will charge you up the ass on dumb things that you probably took care like steam cleaning and odorizing the apartment''' also, forget about your dedposit b/c you well not get it back and you will have to pay extra!!!! renters becareful. this is the first aprtment that i didn't get my deposit back.
