1. They have no security; somehow we found our garage open at night and we got a lot of stuff stolen. Management didn't do anything to prevent that in future. Good thing renter's insurance paid for everything!
2. Forget about your deposit you will have to pay on the top of it ($800)
3. Mangament is very unfriendly and unprofessional. They never do what they promised to do.
4. First they are really nice to you and pretend that will help with everything. Forget it! Don't trust them on anything!
