Wood Canyon Villa Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Wood canyon villa apartment seems like a nice place to live, but BEWARE. When you move out, and you clean your apartment thinking you ll get your deposit back, think again. They will bring in a repair crew, find anything that is wrong, get the highest estimate for repair and bill you for damages you incurred. Our advise to you is to fight it tooth and nail, like we did and wound up owing $0. Managers Richard Jobse and Cherie Robinson are incompetent property managers. After all, a water pipe in the ceiling that continuously leaks, bursts and floods your kitchen and causes damage is an act of God . No, sir, it s MANAGEMENT S fault! Another thing, who needs to have their children bullied and harassed by certain kids there who say don t tell my mom I hit you, she s the manager ' In addition, if you decide to move there, beware of an elderly resident named Tony, he s one weird dude. I saw him once going into the bushes at Wood Canyon Elementary school down the street. Drug users and prostitutes rent at Wood Canyon as well. My advise is if you go to Wood Canyon, keep on going. This place I give TWO THUMBS DOWN.
