We've been here for 6 years, and are totally frustrated with the office staff. The maintenance staff is adequate, but we have had numerous occasions where we needed issues addressed, were told they would be addressed, and then waited in vain for something to happen. We have to contact the office staff/manager several times for each issue. During our entire 6 years here, whenever they were not able to honor their promises to us, they have NEVER called us to communicate anything whatsoever. They have left us hanging, and put the burden on us to continue abusing our time by forcing us to make numerous trips to the office, or to make numerous calls to the office.

They have gone through more managers than we can remember. Each time we are promised by the new in-coming manager that they are going to make changes and improve things here, but they are never here long enough to get anything accomplished. When we have gone into the office to request a work order be initiated for a problem with our apartment, the current office manager behaves as if you are inconveniencing her by whining about an insignificant issue.

We are very frustrated with the current situation. Out of all the apartments where we have lived, this has been the worst experience we have had with getting things accomplished in a timely matter.
