I've lived at Woodpark Apartments for almost a year now, and love it. I'm a single female living by myself, and I have never felt unsafe here. My neighbors are all really friendly and I have never had any bad experiences with any of them! You definetely can't beat the location of the complex! It's located less then a minute away from the Aliso Viejo Town Center and minutes away from various other shopping locations. The apartment staff have always been very friendly and personable. It's true that the manager is strict but not in a bad way. By setting rules and sticking to them, it helps create a beautiful and safe complex to live in. Whenever I have a maintance request, it usually gets taken care of by the next day. The grounds are well kept and very clean looking. The apartment puts on several activities per year including Christmas and Halloween parties, pool parties, and garage sales. They're a great way to get to know your neighbors and have fun at the same time!

I'd highly recommend this complex to anyone! I'm hoping that I can continue living here for several more years to come!

This review was obviously placed by managment. I lived there for five years and the place has now become nothing but a getto in a nice neighborhood due to bad management. Read my review for the real picture of this complex.
