The 6/28/04 review "Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to live!" is the worst of the phony management-written reviews that are all over this site. Taken straight from their rental office's sales pitch, no renter on earth writes or thinks like that when describing his or her apartment. Phony reviews are lame enough, but try to make it plausible.

I was the one who posted the review on 6/28/04. I'll have you know that my review is NOT phony. I have lived at the apartment for 2 years now and as I had stated in my review, have not had any problems here. I will admit though that the past few months, I have heard of a few incidents that have happened on the other side of the complex. Maybe I'm just fortunate with the location of my apartment, as I have no had problems with bad neighbors, or noise.
