It is true that the staff is strict but generally pretty accomodating and the maintenance staff is unbelievable. Unfortunately there is a great deal of drug problems. People living here with no jobs leaving all ours of the night, residents threatening other residents in the middle of the night and using vulger language. A complete nightmare.
