No longer a good apartment complex

I moved in when the apartments were about a year old. The first manager was very good at making it a nice place to live. They even walked the grounds at night and problem people were quickly moved out. After that manager left new management came in and the complex went quickly downhill as you can see by the reviews here. Trying to keep the complex a quiet, family friendly place has been replaced with multiple families living in the same apartment without any inforcement of the rules and Complaints are generally met with "there is nothing I can do" attitude. You will never see managment anywhere around the complex on the weekends, holidays or evenings so if there is a problem nothing is done. I personally got fed up with the noise, kids constantly jumping the fence to the swimming pool at 11PM at night and screaming and yelling, and cars at all hours of the night with their stereo's going full blast so that it shook the windows. This was a great place to live in years gone by but today is nothing more than a getto in Aliso Viejo thanks to the poor management.
