Like many places, the mgmt here is awful ... they would leave flyers in the doors so high up that everyone could see you hadn't come home yet (Burglar -- break in here!!!), they do not differentiate between emergency entrances and non-emergency entrances (we had a person enter our home -- without notice -- to check the drain in our bathtub), and when we reported water stains in our bedroom ceiling, we were brushed off. Needless to say, I returned home to a very wet carpet, a soaked bed, and a ruined down comforter. I had to go to the EPA and get info to prove that the mattresses needed to be replaced...and they had to be badgered to reimburse.

Mgmt didn't care enough to correct their lousy attitude. Only nice thing was the rent amount and the size of the apartment, but we moved in when prices were low, and they could not increase our rent. There is covered parking for one vehicle, but it is rarely near your place. The non-covered parking is scarce...you will have to direct guests from the front parking lot.

Noise is only a problem for the downstairs tenant; upstairs, your problem is your downstairs neighbors. One neighbor told us she heard every step and pipe.
