Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I had some money problems for 2 months and wanted to pay by 10-15 late and was will to pay late fees but they sent me to their legal department. I had be living there for 8 month and was never late. They care only about having their money on time. I call the regional manager to tell him my situation and he turned around and requested the apartment manager to put me in legal as soon as possible. I have never seen anything like this before.
