I read all the comments and looked at all the reviews... WOW, I have to say I was a little shocked. I have been a resident here going on 3 years. Where I was most shocked was the rating was only a 2 for grounds. You rarely see trash on the grounds and the landscaping is beautiful. As far as the parking.... Yes, it can be a pain sometimes BUT we live in apartments, what do you expect' driveways''' Like I said, I have lived here going on 3 years. The staff is great and my work orders are always done in a timely matter. I have lived in apartment where I could never get anything fixed so this is a blessing. I figure the ones who are complaining are the ones who don't like to follow rules and want to be able to park 5 cars here. If that is the case... GET A HOUSE! People need to remember....
