I'm a prospective tenant and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this complex and especially the staff and manager. The manager is as sweet as pie and my wife and I get along with her very well. I can't imagine anyone having a difficult time with her easy-going personality. I'm positive the negative reviews for this complex are from problem tenants projecting their own issues on the management.

This complex has a beautiful rose garden, winding pathways, and the apartments we looked at were clean and offered new ammenities. Even the laundry rooms were hand painted with cute murals. Tenants decorated their apartments for the holidays - it felt like home. The complex is close to the freeway so we anticipate road noise. In addition, parking is always difficult at an apartment complex. Safety is of great concern to us, especially after the last complex we lived in. We spoke with local cops and they said they don't get too many calls to the Don Miguel apartments. That speaks volumes. Lastly, my wife and I periodically drive by at different hours and find available parking spaces and a quiet atmosphere. I'd say if you're a tenant and have a problem with this place - please move. (Especially if you have a 2 bdrm downstairs.) That way we can move in. Thanks!
