We have lived at Don Miguel for the past year and can not wait to resign our rental agreement. I agree and disagree with some of the things posted here. The apartments are the biggest in the area for the price, they are very nice with plenty storage space for our junk, they have barbeque pits in the shade for you which my boyfriend loves to use, the laundry sometimes does get crowded but I just pick a time and day when it s not so bad or I use a different one (there are 5 of them), and the laundry facilities are very nice and always clean, we did have a little problem with parking at the beginning where our assigned parking space was also assigned to someone else at the same time but that got fixed, parking is a little way away but it is healthy to walk, when I need to unload the groceries I just park in the guest parking, unload them and then move my car into my spot. We did get to meet the old manager and she wasn t friendly. I have also talked to many residents here who felt the same way, but she has moved on to better things and a new manager is running the place, I haven t met her yet but every time I called the office all the staff is always very friendly, the maintenance staff always says Hi the ladies in the office are always friendly and so is the night security! The people in the complex are friendly too, and we like our neighbors! I definitely recommend this place! We love it it s near a park, a bar, shopping and freeway I also see a school bus picking up the kids in the morning.(Another thing is energy efficient they put in all new energy saving lights which look awesome, and water saving toilets!)
