I've got to say that this is the best place we've ever lived and I'd recommend it to anyone - especially those with families. My wife and I have lived at Don Miguel for a few months now - long enough to meet our neighbors, use the facilities and get to know the staff. ALL of the staff has been great from day one. Our apartment was very clean upon move-in and everything worked without a hitch. The on-property maintenance crew has always been friendly and helpful. They have addressed our two maintenance issues quickly (within 24 hours) and were very professional in doing so. They even helped me bring in a heavy load from my car not too long ago. My greatest concern upon move-in was dealing with the parking pass issue. It turned out to be a non-issue. If a friend or family member plans to stay after 8pm, we make a quick call to security and we get a parking pass. It turns out that we actually prefer this policy. It sure beats a security gate. But, I suppose if you don't want security to know the car you're dealing drugs from, then maybe Don Miguel isn't the right place for you. ;) Regarding the laundry rooms: of course no one wants to do laundry in a laundry room. But, we knew that going in. I've never run into a situation where I couldn't do laundry - even during the evening we find open machines. I enjoy getting all of my laundry done in less than a couple of hours, so there's at least some payoff for not having machines in the apartments. Finally, (and anecdotally) the renters around my apartment are incredibly nice. We were greeted on the first day by our neighbors. They offered help for anything at anytime. We felt so welcome. I couldn't ask for a better place if it weren't my own home. Now - two things. 1) I don't work for Don Miguel and it doesn't benefit me whatsoever to write this. 2) I'm very picky and incredibly critical. If you want a great place to live, you've found it. If you've read that someone has had a bad experience at Don Miguel, look to see if they stood behind what they said enough to leave their name. Don Miguel has our recommendation. Dan & Jayne Barry.

I'm sorry to inform you but there is a sex offender living there. I was interested in moving into these apartments until I checked the address on megans law. Look into it.
